Afternoon Classes @ 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm*

*Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:30pm class is for the "Barbell Club" which is for all members

Saturday Classes

Classes @ 9am and 10am

Tuesday & Thursday: 10am and 11am

Saturday: 8am
