Afternoon: 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm
Evening: 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday

Same hours as above plus 7:30pm

Saturday

8am, 9am


Barbell Club Classes

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

6:30pm, 7:30pm (both must be signed up for prior)
